Introduction Of Chelton® FlightLogic® At Million Air Gets Positive Pilot Response
We hope you were among our friends who were present for the introduction of the FlightLogic 3-D Synthetic Vision EFIS from Chelton at the Million Air facility in February. If you were, you had the opportunity to "fly" this advanced new EFIS on Chelton's flight simulator and see an actual inflight demonstration aboard Chelton's Cessna 421 equipped with this new system especially designed for installation in Part 23 single- and twin-engine aircraft.

We at Kings Avionics wish to thank our friends at Million Air, Salt Lake City, for making their facilities available for this event.
The FlightLogic 3-D Synthetic Vision system compiles information from the GPS network, aircraft sensors and onboard topographical data bases to generate incredibly accurate 3-D "views" of your aircraft's situation, which are created and displayed in real time on hardened ultra-bright LCD screens with integrated flight data for the ultimate in situational awareness.
Feedback from our customers who saw this new equipment in action has been very positive.
Chelton has secured a Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) to authorize installation of the new FlightLogic system in any Part 23 aircraft, which includes some larger turboprops.
With the new FlightLogic 3-D system installed in your aircraft, you can transform every flight into the equivalent of safe, sunny VFR, actually "see" the terrain ahead of and around your aircraft. You view flight data on incredibly intuitive displays that make your response to any situation faster, safer and surer.
Here the system is seen in operation in Chelton's specially equipped Cessna 421. The effect, when seen in full color on the panel, even in full daylight, is spectacular. |

You can create flight plans to any destination at the push of a few buttons and easily execute flight plans and approaches.
And this integrated system can actually cost less than buying and installing a suite of stand-alone flight information systems, flight management systems, weather systems, traffic advisory systems and Terrain Awareness and Warning Systems (TAWS)
