Are We Keeping The Kings Avionics Promise? Read What A Customer Told Us Recently That Made Our Day

At the top of each issue of this newsletter, we state The Kings Avionics Promise: "Kings Avionics is committed to delivering excellent installation and maintenance service to its customers. To guarantee customer satisfaction, we promise to provide superior Service, Value and Safety in everything we do." We live by this promise. It is the core of everything we do. We have built our business on it.

Shown here is the finished installation in the Citation CJ. To install the new equipment, Kings Avionics technicians removed the entire panel and completely rebuilt it.

Do we ever slip? Yes, probably we do. Sometimes. Nobody's perfect, but we keep trying. That's why we have a Quality Assurance department, and it's why our people constantly double-check each other at every stage of a project. And when we get a letter like the one we received recently from Mr. Jeff Hansen, president of Aircraft Services LLC, we know our efforts are worthwhile. Mr. Hansen's company provides aircraft management, maintenance, and pilot services for corporate jet aircraft at Salt Lake City International Airport. Mr. Hansen wrote:

Dear Steve:

As you know, Kings Avionics technicians recently did an extensive upgrade of the avionics in a Citation CJ which we manage for a customer of ours. They removed an existing radar indicator, replaced an older Skywatch system with an L-3 Communications Skywatch HP System, an L-3 Landmark TAWS 8000 System and an i-link MFD.

The entire panel had to come out and major changes made to accommodate the new equipment. And when we did the first test flight, the only squawk--the only one--was a burned out light bulb!

We have been a customer of Kings Avionics since 1990. Over the years, your work as only gotten better and better, which helps us to constantly improve our service to our customers. We just want you to know we appreciate the good work of all your people.

Sincerely,
Jeff Hansen

Our thanks to Mr. Hansen. We are proud of this kind of praise. But we know we are only as good as our last job. So we will keep trying for perfection. And that's a promise!
