March 29 TAWS Mandate Alert!
This is to remind you that time is rapidly running out for compliance with the FAA's mandate that requires turbine powered aircraft with 6 or more passenger seats operating under FAR Part 91, 121/125/129, and 135 to be equipped with an FAA-approved terrain awareness and warning system (TAWS) not later than March 29, 2005. If your airplane is subject to this mandate, and you have not already arranged for installation of this request equipment, we suggest you act now to avoid missing deadline.
